Pragmatic Play™’s Drops & Wins – Daily Cash: Terms and Conditions
The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play™’s Drops & Wins – Daily Cash
Prizes Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) by Pragmatic Play™’s operators (the “Operators”), whether
offered directly or through a platform provider, which shall run from 2ndof July 2020 to 10th of February 2021 as a
global promotion for Pragmatic Play™ network and games.
By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any
capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the
iGaming/gambling industry.
1. Drops & Wins – Daily Cash Prizes - Brief Overview
• TheNetwork Promotion includes thirty-two (32) 7-day Tournaments(each a “Tournament”) and two hundred twenty-four (224)daily prize drops (each a “Prize Drop”) which will run throughout 2nd of July to 10th of February 2021 weekly from Thursday to Wednesday.
• In order to participate in any Tournament or Prize Drop in the Network Promotion, players must
open any of the qualifying games and accept/opt-in.
• Prizes: The total prize poolfor theNetwork Promotion is €/£ 2,000,000.
• Mechanics:
• Weekly Tournaments (Regular):
o The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the
highest single spin win amount on any qualifying game adjusted to the amount of the
bet.
o The leaderboard is updated in real time and players can view the real time
leaderboard in game at any time of their own choosing when playing the qualifying
game(s).
o In the event of two (2) or more players finishing a tournament on the same
leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the
higher prize.
o Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount
o In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments, a real
money minimum bet of €/£0.50 on the qualifying game(s) is required.
• Daily Prize Drops (Regular):
o Each promo week includes seven (7) daily Prize Drops.
o One (1) qualifying spin can trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each
promotion.
o The random Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the qualifying games. The
prize table updates in real time showing, the current standings as well as how many
prizes are left.
o Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the the qualifying
games.
o Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
o In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments, a real
money minimum bet of €/£0.50 on the qualifying game is required. A player can win
multiple Prize Drops each day.
o The Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 23:59 CEST/CET; or (ii) when
there are no more prizes left.
• Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier)

single spin win amount on any qualifying game adjusted to the amount of the bet.

o One (1) qualifying spin can trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each
promotion.
o The random Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the qualifying games. The
prize table updates in real time showing the current standings as well as how many
prizes are left.
o Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the qualifying games.
o Prizes are paid out as the multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount.
o No minimum bet is required for players to be eligible to participate.
o A player can win multiple Prize Drops each day.
o The Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 23:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there
are no more prizes left.

o In order to be eligible to participate in the promotions a player shall be required to
play a realmoney spin under the following conditions(hereinafter “Qualifying spin”):

General Rules
• Opt in is required for Operators and for players. Players are required to optin in game.
• In order to take part in the Network Promotion, operators must opt in by Wednesday 10th of June
2020 23:59 CEST.
• Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which PragmaticPlay may, in
its discretion, amend at any time.
• PragmaticPlay shall pay out a total of EUR 2,000,000 for the Network Promotion during the promotion
period. Any non-fixed prizes such as the Prize Multiplier and/or the Prize Drop which are won in excess
of the EUR 2,000,000 shall be paid out on the last month of the Network Promotion.
• In – game tool languages: English, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek,
Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian,
Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish;
• In – game tool currency: EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, SEK, NOK, DKK, AMD, BGN, CZK, GEL,
HUF, PLN, RON, RSD, RUB, TRY, CLP, MXN, KZT, INR, PEN, THB, ZAR, JPN, HKD, CHF (“Available
Currency”).
• Currency equivalent according to the minimum bet of 50c qualifying criteria. If unavailable, rounded
up to the next higher available bet size in the qualifying game.

• The payment of cash prizes is not conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players are
able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
• Cobracasino inform the winning player of the prize and will credit
the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72)hours following the end of
the relevant Tournament or Prize Drop.
• Any players located in Italy, Sweden and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network
Promotion.
• If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same
principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English
version shall prevail.
• Pragmatic Play™ reservesthe right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, Tournament
and/or Prize Drop at any time.
